Community support for Idaho, Nevada, and South Carolina
The Where We Live project works alongside rural communities in Idaho, Nevada, and South Carolina to build practical knowledge that strengthens resilience to wildfire, drought, and extreme heat. Through in-person collaboration, interdisciplinary researchers and local partners share expertise, learn from lived experience, and deepen understanding of how communities are already adapting. Together, they identify actionable strategies to support long-term resilience.
