This video is downright terrible. False fact after false fact. Who made this? Whoever did clearly doesn't know how to research. Peoria near the grand canyon? Really? That is still a 3 hour drive. Chandler near the petrefied forest? If you consider close to 200 miles "near". And not to mention that cities such as Prescott, Sedona, Pinetop/lakeside and Flagstaff (just to name a few) were left off this list is mind blowing. Do not take this video seriously! If you want to get to know AZ check other sources. And visit yourself. This video is so off with the area they show Litchfield Park with beachfront property!

The robot voice, the misplaced geographical references and the strange inclusion of a photograph of the OCEAN, all make me suspect this video comes from some kind of clickbait youtube mill.

This video ONLY picked places that were in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. You're right, Victor – Prescott and Flagstaff should have also been on the list, but sorry – they weren't near Phoenix or Tucson. Another drawback of this video is that most of the places cited came with no description of their location – that would also reveal the Phoenix / Tucson bias.

you forgo to mention that Tucson is 1100 feet higher in elevation compared to Phoenix which makes it much cooler especially at night. I live in Tombstone which is 2500 feet higher than Tucson, Enough said !

In my opinion, California, Washington and Oregon suck! I can't wait to move to Phoenix for the sake of living in a hot environment, work at Intel and be able to go swimming more often! Im sick of living in the cold my entire life. It's time for a new change 😎

The only ones I agree with on this list are Scottsdale and Oro valley, they should've added Flagstaff, Payson, pinetop, Sedona, and eagar(for retirees)
