What a great vlog, I hope it gets 100s of views. The drive to the Joshua tree is so picturesque, love all the cacti. We only grow that sort of thing in pots here in Winnipeg. Your knowledge of Gram Parsons in this vlog is out of this world. So neat, in a weird kind of way, where Gram died. I would never have guessed how he got the name "Gram" but it makes so much sense . He seems to have had a very nice family-Thank you Jordan!

Thanks so much, was a bit young only 5 so didn't hear about the way he passed until now . What a beautiful room and that ghost story with Skye the cat bless him i believe it too i believe that our dead relatives come back as either in our children or animals . Loved the Cremation Spot . Will have to listen to his music now. When you mentioned about the memorial guitar painted black perhaps they were referencing to the Rolling Stones song as they were friends ? So sad all the good musicians die young . thanks for the surprise and meeting Cee Cee ! Great vlog and story; thanks Jordan !!!! 🙂

Scroll down and see a "royal chair" that Gram is sitting in. Reminds me of the chair you talk about in the vlog outside his room.

I just watched a U Tube Video on gram Parsons. The narrator said that Grams Cremation was NOT successful.after using 5 gallons of Gasoline. He is buried at some cemetery. The name of the video is What happened to Gram Parsons it’s by Alpha 11.

Ooh, the cat story, yes anything is possible. That has to be true. I can’t believe they burned his body. Did they get in trouble? You explained what happened. What an amazing story. It is too bad such a wonderful talent passed away this way.

Nice video. I've always wondered about this place and just what it looked like. I've read a couple Keith Richards biographies you see, and you can't read about Keith in the late 60's, early 70's without reading about Gram. They were thick as thieves for a period.

Thanks for helping me put a visual to those words. ☮️

OMG Jordan. This is the most brilliant, awesome piece you have done yet. As a 71 year old, 1 week younger than Gram and a long time fan. As we approach his 75th birthday, I will be there at Joshua Tree, to celebrate his birthday; good health willing. With your California influence, it would be fantastic, if you could talk some movie executives into making a new movie, about Grams life. There are so many people who don't know the story of this young man's life. He was equal to or better than the James Dean legacy.

Who could play Gram Parsons in a movie? I’ve only watched Parks & Recreation a few times and had to look the guy up, but Adam Scott would be good. Who do you all think?

You are an amazing young man and filmmaker. What I do not understand is why you care so much about "my generation". John Wayne", Rolling Stone", etc. On May 15th. I was actually on board the last assault helicopter on an Air Force helicopter that played the Rolling Stones over loud speakers, "Paint it Black" It was May 15th, 1975. A Cambodian island Koph Tang.

Creepy, but great podcast. I did not know the story and this was very well done. You told it respectfully and got the story across. So sad.
